It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lucienne Lily Renée Oliver. Lucienne was a kind and loving woman who cherished her family and friends deeply. She was predeceased by her parents, René and Lily Dallemagne, her beloved husband Billy Oliver, her sister Liliane, and her brother René.

Lucienne is survived by her sisters Francoise (Jim), Joanne, and Andrea (Vijay), her sons Mark Dallemagne (Angel) and Ron Oliver (Jessica), and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loved ones.

Lucienne immigrated to the United States from Glasgow, Scotland. In her early days, she modeled and became a hairdresser before dedicating herself as a full-time domestic engineer. She stood by Billy through his twenty-two-year military career, providing the family with much-needed support. She worked various jobs throughout her life, but her true calling was being a wonderful mother. All who knew her will deeply miss her kindness and love.
