Lewis Kirk

Lewis Alfred Kirk, 46, Springfield, MO passed away February 11, 2014 at his home from pancreatic cancer.
He was born October 27, 1967 in Springfield, MO to Gerald and Patricia (Lewis) Kirk.
Lewis was united in marriage to Janette Taylor on June 17, 1989.
He enjoyed the outdoors, archery, hunting, cycling, wine making and animals.
Lewis enjoyed working in the vineyard at Mt. Vernon and loved nothing more than spending time with his nieces and nephews, playing and teaching them about the outdoors.
He has impacted many lives and will be remembered for his generous and caring heart.
Lewis is survived by his loving wife Janette, his parents, Gerald and Patricia Kirk, his brother Francis Kirk and wife Linda, his mother-in-law Toni Taylor, his brothers-in-law Justin Taylor, Jamie Taylor and wife Jen, Jason Taylor and wife Wendy and Jimmie Taylor, sister-in-law Jane Aldrich and husband Kevin, and fifteen nieces and nephews, Josh, Ana, Zach, Molly, Jay, Meg, Lou, Max, Alex, Eric, Kevin, McKenzie, Betsy, Jordan and Lucy.
Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday February 15, 2014 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St.
