Laurie Richardson

Laurie Lynn Chilton-Richardson, age 54, of Springfield Missouri, passed away Wednesday November 4th, 2021 in her home.

She was born Sunday July 16th, 1967, in Springfield Missouri to Clarence Eugene Chilton and Sherlynn Jeanette (McDermott) Chilton.

She graduated from Kickapoo High School. Laurie loved to read, listen to music, watch movies, and write. She never met a stranger and was always there to help anyone who needed it.

Laurie attended St. Joseph Catholic Church of Springfield Missouri and was welcomed into full communion on April 4th, 2015.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, and her husband Craig Steven Richardson.

She is survived by two sons, Jacob and Joshua Richardson; step-mother, Yoshiko Chilton; and 3 granddaughters, Parker, Taylor, and Raegan Richardson.

Visitation will be held from 11:00am-1:00pm on Wednesday November 10th, 2021, at Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street in Springfield Missouri.

A Graveside Service will be held at Fasken Cemetery in Carthage Missouri at 3:00pm on November 10th, 2021 with Deacon Matt Fletcher officiating.
