Kim was born September 16, 1960 in Springfield, Mo to Samuel Melvin and Beverly Sue (Cook) Hale.
She is survived by her husband, Rev. James M. Roufs; her mother, Beverly Ferguson; her siblings, Liz Hale and Paul Hale; step-daughter, Brianna Shoopman; nephew, Michael Hale, nieces, Ashley Hale and Sara Beth Hale; and many other family members and friends.
The family will hold memorial services at a later date.
