Kenneth Ramsey

Kenneth Alan Ramsey 76 of Lampe, Missouri passed away Thursday afternoon September 1, 2011 in Golden Living Center in Branson, Missouri.

Kenneth was born April 14, 1935 in Dallas County, Texas to Edgar Lane and Eunice Victoria (Yarborough) Ramsey. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Ken moved to the Ozarks in 1997 to be near his son and his family. He fell in love with the Ozarks and made many friends here. The family would like to give a special thanks to Exilee and Dave and “The Gang” for their friendship to Ken.

His parents and his wife, Jerre Procter Ramsey, and life partner, Betty Hahn preceded Kenneth in death. He is survived by his four children and their spouses, Peggy and Rick Caillet of Rockwall, Texas, Leonna and Steve Barth of Gainesville, Florida, Robin and Dean Cooper of Rockport, Texas, and Curtis and Paula Ramsey of Blue Eye, Missouri; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Eugene Hunter of El Paso, Texas; his brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Susan Ramsey; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
