Kelsey loved spending time with his family and friends. His laughter would fill a room upon him first entering it. He was a loyal fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and enjoyed participating in many sports throughout his life including football and wrestling.

He was born on May 20, 1983 in New Orleans, Louisiana to his mother Sheryl Adkisson, and the late Rick Kelm. Kelsey was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Wanda and Hanley Kelm; Jackie Adkisson; and lifelong friend David Martin.

He is survived by his daughter Alexis Kelm of Mexico, Missouri; his wife Cassie Kelm and their daughters Alexzandrea Holmes and Izabella Holmes of Ozark, Missouri; his mother, Sheryl Adkisson of Centralia, Missouri; his sister, Tasha Boessen and her husband John, their daughters, Kya and Haley of St. Thomas, Missouri; his brother, Dillion Adkisson and his wife Kaylee, and their son, Noah of Columbia, Missouri; his sister, Riley Kelm of Jefferson City, Missouri; his grandparents, Don and Peggy Adkisson of Centralia, Missouri; many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Kelsey was a graduate of Centralia High School in Centralia, Missouri, and also attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was the owner of Kelm Property Solutions in Springfield. All who knew Kelsey will remember him for his wonderful smile, caring heart, and abundant personality. It was very rare for him to not be joyful and laughing. When he told someone that he loved them, he meant it with all his being. He lived life to the fullest every single day, and he will be missed by many. May he rest in peace.
