Kathryn Stepp

Kathryn Grace Stepp, 100, went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 29, 2011.

Katie, as she was known to her friends, was born on February 13, 1911 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Herbert and Carrie Thompson. She and her husband, Oral, were longtime members of Immanuel Baptist Church.

Katie was preceded in death by her husband; her son, Harold and wife Reonne; her parents; and brother, Gene Thompson.

She is survived by her son, Howard Stepp, and his wife Norma; daughter, Joetta Rader, and her husband Charles; 8 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; niece, Charlotte Ballew; and numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Friday April 1, 2011 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St. There will be a funeral procession to the graveside service in White Chapel Memorial Gardens following the visitation at 2:30 p.m. Friday.

Katie was dearly loved and will be missed by all.
