Katherine M. Chapman, 97, Springfield passed away Tuesday night in Mercy Villa.
She was born December 11, 1910 in Springfield, Missouri to Edward and Caroline Krischel.
She is survived by her son, Gary Chapman, and his wife Carolyn; her grandchildren, Doug and Cathy Chapman; her great grandchildren, Kacey and Lilly Chapman; and her sister, Helen Johnston.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday, February 15, 2008 in Mercy Villa with Fr. Mike McDevitt celebrant. Burial will be in the Springfield National Cemetery under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may by made to The Kitchen, 1630 N. Jefferson Springfield, MO 65803.
