Joy Ndem

Joy O Ndem passed in peace Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at the age of 61.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ndem Mbah Ndem,

Joy is survived by her children, Suny M. Ndem, Blessing E. Ndem, Emmanuel C. Ndem, Grace Beesley (Ndem), and Peace Ndem. Joy is further survived by her family overseas in Nigeria.

Joy will be fondly remembered by her family and friends as a lover of life and a teacher and helper to many. Joy left and exemplary legacy in her passion for hard work, serving as a caretaker to the elderly at Marantha for over 25 years; spreading the unconditional love of Christ to all she came in contact with. A fighter through all life’s hardships, Joy possessed an unwavering faith and hope to continue to believe the beauty in all things created by God. She will lovingly live on in the legacy of her children and will be fondly remembered by all.

A visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00am Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at Maranatha Chapel in Springfield, Missouri. Funeral services will follow at 11:00am in Maranatha Chapel with Chaplain Sophia Garcia officiating.
Burial will follow at Hazelwood Cemetery in Springfield.
