Joshua Edward Jordan, 35, of Mount Vernon, MO (formerly of Geneseo, IL), died peacefully on 12/8/12 following a courageous battle with cancer. Joshua was born April 5, 1977 in Moline, IL to Dennie and Mary Lou Jordan. He graduated from Sycamore Christian School. Josh was an avid book collector and a computer whiz. Life was not always easy for him as he dealt with Asperger's Syndrome, but always kept his sense of humor. He never married.

Josh is preceded in death by his grandparents and three aunts.

He is survived by his parents, a sister, Amber Jordan Heberling of Sandusky, MI; a brother, Paul (Tracy) Hoffman of Moline, IL; uncles, aunts, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Per Joshua's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services at this time. His cremains will be spread in the Rocky Mountains of Idaho that he loved so much. May he rest in Jesus arms.
