John Small

John Small entered this world on September 11, 1942. He was born to William and Nobbie Small. He went to his heavenly home on December 25, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his parents and nine siblings. John worked for the Lee Company in Lebanon for years.
John loved sports as a young man; he was an avid bowler and golfer. John also loved his Kansas City Chiefs. He was
a proud member of Freedom Baptist Church; where he loved being an usher.

He leaves behind four siblings: Marvin Small of Chicago, Michael Small of Springfield, Ruby Small Thomas of Springfield, and Wilma Smith of Chicago; a host of nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Marilyn Martin Foster.

A Memorial Service will be held for John at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home Chapel located at 500 E Walnut St. Springfield, MO 65806.
