John Thomas Maynard, 54, passed away Thursday August 20, 2009 in St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
He was born April 7, 1955 in Kansas City, Kansas to Alfred and Ruby (Lovell) Maynard.
John is survived by his son John Henry Maynard of Bolivar; his sister, Debra Devers, of Bakersfield, CA; his brother, Joseph Maynard, of Bolivar; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Private family memorial service will be at a later date.
