John A. Hayes, 65, Springfield, passed away Friday June 5, 2009 in Cox Hospital South.
He was born October 5, 1943 in Springfield, Missouri to Warren and Lillian Hayes.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Hayes; his son, Charles Hayes; his nephews, Bart Hayes and Brad Hayes; his sister, Billie Simmons; and many other family members and friends.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday June 11, 2009 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Group of the Ozarks, PO Box 50595 Springfield, Mo. 65805-50595.
