Jimmy E. Dawaliby of Springfield, Missouri passed away on the morning of January 26th, 2024, at the age of 57.
He was born on December 11th, 1966. He attended school in Springfield and graduated from Glendale High School.
Jim worked in construction, garage door installation and repair and was a general contractor in roofing.
He loved to spend a sunny day playing golf or a rainy-day cooking for friends and family. He also loved the outdoors and would try to get to the woods every year to deer hunt. He really enjoyed spending countless moments, adventures, and love with his dogs.
Jim was known for his kind smile, big heart, compassion, and his generous spirit. He never hesitated to lend a hand to a friend or neighbor in need.
He was proceeded in death by his unforgettable parents, Jim and Bonnie Dawaliby as well as his grandparents and several aunts and uncles.
Jim is survived by his two sisters, Ellen Hedrick(David) and Lisa Stracke(Edward) both of Springfield; one niece and three nephews and their families. He is also survived by a companion and best friend, Andrea Torrez.
A Celebration of Jim’s Life will take place on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Jim’s home.
