Mr. Jerry Wayne Evans, 65, Rockaway Beach, MO departed this life Tuesday April 26, 2011 in Cox South Hospital, Springfield, MO.
He was born April 1, 1946 in Clarksville, TN to James Leslie and Mary Elizabeth (Tucker) Evans.
One of Jerry's favorite hobbies was fishing and enjoying the outdoors.
Immediate survivors include his wife Carol Evans, three sisters, Carleen Miller, Carolyn Jean Yeargan and Peggy Joyce Kezer, three brothers, Buford Evans, Randolph Evans and Billy Evans. Jerry is also survived by his two step children Edith and Joe and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation is under the care and direction of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, Springfield, MO.
Burial will be in Russellville, AR.
