Jeffery Allen Brake, 46 of Springfield passed away, Wednesday morning, March 4, 2009 in his home.
Jeff was born July 25, 1962 to Harold and Darlene (Lambeth) Brake in Springfield. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Jeff is survived by his father, Harold Brake; his children, Remington Alexander Brake, Tabatha Ann Brake, and Justin Jeremy Finley; two grandchildren; his sister, Kathy Westerman and numerous other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday March 5, 2009 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut Street. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
