She was born May 17, 1963 at Long Beach, CA to Floyd and Cleo (Miller) Clemens.
Survivors include four sons; Jeffrey, David, Jimmy and Gary, one daughter; Krista, all of Springfield, MO, two brothers; Garry Clemens, Birch Tree, MO and Mike Clemens, Hollister, MO, one granddaughter; Lexi also survives.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday June 23, 2012 in Dyer Cemetery, Ava, MO.
