He was born March 8, 1942 in Brazil, Indiana to Arthur Ross and Helen Louise (Dorn) Remington.
James is survived by his wife Veronica Mary Remington; his daughter, Cathy Kidd; and his son, Michael Rahn.
Memorial graveside services will be at a later date in Bushnell National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
