James Lee Moad, 56, passed away Sunday April 22, 2012 in Cox South Hospital.
He was born September 8, 1955 in Springfield, Missouri to James and Evalina Moad.
James was preceded in death by his father and one sister.
He is survived by his mother; 9 siblings; and many other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday April 27, 2012 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to the start of the funeral on Friday at the funeral home.
