James Levin
James Edward Levin, 83, Springfield, passed away Monday August 24, 2009 in Springfield Rehab and Health Care Center.
He was born July 8, 1926 in Arthur, North Dakota to Nels and Edith (Anderson) Levin. He retired as Secretary Manager of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in 1989.
James is survived by his wife, Rosella Levin; his daughter Jayne Line and her husband Mike; his granddaughter, Makayla Line; and numerous other family members.
Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday August 28, 2009 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St. Burial with military honors will be in Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 to 12:30 p.m. Friday before the service at the funeral home.
