James Kent Kissee, 69, of Springfield Missouri, passed away on Saturday, August 17th, 2024.
He was born August 26th, 1954, in Springfield Missouri, the son of James Kissee and Charlene Kissee.
James is now in the living arms of his mother Charlene Anderson Kissee passed away in 1962.
James lived his life to the fullest. He had many different jobs. The ones he was most proud of were the Oil Rig he helped build and being the driver of an 18-wheeler semi-truck; just to name a couple.
He was a motorcycle man and loved cruising down the road with the wind in his face.
As his sister (Robin), my brother had a creative side that not too many people knew he had. From nature, he made a cool tomahawk. Also, he could carve, the most impressive was the carving of an Indian face. A great storyteller, which always made me laugh, and these are the memories I choose to cherish.
Left behind to cherish James’ memory are his loving wife, Tonetta Marie Kissee; sons, James Kissee and Jesse Kissee; daughters, Jami Ann Wilson, CC Muzzy, and Amber Lee Kissee; brother, Danny Anderson; sisters, Kandy Bloomer and Robin Kissee and many friends and extended family.
A Graveside Sevice for James will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 4th, 2024 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery: 5201 S. Southwood Road, Springfield, Missouri 65804.
