We sadly announce Jackie Moore, 59, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away in Springfield on May 3rd, 2024.

She was born in Kansas City, Missouri in 1965 to Jack and Vickie Moore. Jackie attended Kickapoo High School before studying journalism at Drury University, where she achieved academic success and frequently made the Deans List.

Jackie is preceded in death by her Grandmother: June Henbest, Grandmother: Ruth Martin, Mother: Vickie Moore, Brother-in-law: Bruce Laxton, and biological Father: Dale Lansdown.

Jackie is survived by her Father: Jack Moore, Sisters: Dee Dee Moore, Terri Moore, Kim (Brian) Hodges, Brenda Shea Vacaville, Sonya Hayward, Brandy Hobson, Lori Speakman, Latisha Green, Casey Himmels-bach, Jana Babst and Brother: Dale Lansdown.

Nieces and Nephews: Bo Laxton, Chelsea (Matt) Rimkus, Haley Mills, Brandi (Seth) Bradley, Lexi (Josh) Jordan, Grayson Hodges, and Carlee Hodges.

Also, many loved Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and life-long friends.

Jackie will be so greatly missed for so many reasons. She was always a positive light for all around her. Anyone who knew her will remember her beautiful singing voice, infectious laugh, and her deep love for life.

Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held 2:00pm Sunday, May 19th, 2024 at Fassnight Park Pavilion, 1305 S. Main Avenue, Springfield, Missouri 65807.
