Mrs. Ida Mae Reed, 73, Springfield, passed away Thursday, Nov. 18, 2004 in Cox South.
Ida Mae was born Feb. 17, 1931 in Chadwick, Missouri to Asia & Mary (Nash) Felton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, Lucille Land, Marie Felton, one brother, Bobby Joe Stevens, and a daughter, FredaAnn Reed..
She is survived by her children, Virgil Shockley, Virginia Sisco, Roberta Thibodeaux, Robert E. Reed II, Buster O. Reed, Zrita Beal, Clifford J. Reed, George W. Reed, Anthony W. Erickson and Michael L. Erickson; numerous grandchildren, great granchildren, and great-great grandchildren; sisters, Lettie Lane, Betty Stevens, Ann Hale, Mary McKellips & Bonnie Brown all of Springfield; and special friend, Dale Thompson.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2004 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Chapel 500 E. Walnut with Rev. Jerry Snavely officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
