Hildegard Maria Elisabeth Kelley, 88 of Republic, Missouri passed away Sunday evening February 5, 2012 in her niece’s home.
Hildegard was born December 9, 1923 in Erfurt, Germany to Kaufmann Johann and Anna Maria Margareta Balven.
She was preceded in death by her parent; her sister, Elfride Groesser; her niece, Kordula; and her husband, Dorse Sidney Kelley.
Hildegard is survived by her, nieces and nephews and their families, Cynthia Baker, Hans-Burkhard Groesser, Michael Groesser and Ursula Groesser, and many friends.
A memorial mass will be held in Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church in Columbia, South Carolina at a later date. Her final resting place will be in the Celestial Memorial Gardens in West Columbia, South Carolina.
