Hester A. “Goo” Boyd, 80, passed away Sunday morning March 4, 2012 in Springfield, Missouri.
She was born September 3, 1931 in Douglas County, Missouri to Henry and Coy (Wright) Willis.
Hester was preceded in death by Clarence Willis, Earl Willis, Florence Willis, Flora Willis, Clyde Willis and Ralph Willis.
She is survived by her siblings, Velma Willis Adams, and her husband Gene of Pocatello, Idaho, Wilma Willis Rogers, and her husband Charles of Sparta, Missouri, Geraldean Day Willis of Ozark, Missouri, Marie Bilyeou Willis of Sparta, Missouri; many nieces and nephews; and Deborah Quade.
Memorial graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday March 19, 2012 in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
No visitation is planned.
