Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Williams.
She is survived by her 5 children, Jerry Williams of Texas, Corie Ruggles of Independence, Mo, Linda Koon, of Polk County, Mo, Sharon Acklin, of Nixa, Mo, Dale Williams, of Lebanon, Mo; 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
