Harold Cann
Harold (Hal) B. Cann, 76, Nixa, MO and formerly Oxnard, CA passed away in the early morning of January 18, 2014.
He was born in Shoal Lake, Manitoba, Canada on November 3, 1937. Hal came to the United States and joined the Navy. Soon after that he became a US Citizen. He was very proud to serve this county and did so for nearly 20 years. He served in the Vietnam War and was awarded the Silver Star.
Hal was preceded in death by his parents, Ted and Hazel Cann as well as his beloved brother, William (Bill) Cann.
He is survived by his wife, Stacye; his three children, Valerie Dennis, Dean Cann, and Kevin Cann and his five grandchildren, Aaron Botbyl, Lorin Cann, Jessica Cann, Emily Cann, and Anthony Cann.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
