Guy Welch

Guy Conrad Welch of Springfield, Missouri passed away on Monday, January 10th 2022 at the age of 51 years old.

Guy was a devoted father, husband, and son. He was a brother and confidant to many of his friends.

Guy is survived by his parents Janice and Donald Childers of Ozark Missouri; his wife Kristin; his children, Marshall, William and Anastasia of Springfield Missouri; He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marshall Ray Meazel of Petrolia, TX, and his uncle William Lyman Marks, of Lancaster, Kentucky.

Guy was born on May 15th 1970 in Lawton, Oklahoma. He was raised in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Guy married Kristin Elise Gosa in 2004 in Branson, Missouri. They welcomed Marshall in 2007, William in 2010 and Anastasia in 2016. Guy and Kristin opened Ozarks Premier Carpet care in January of 2012 where he made many valued personal relationships with many of his long-time customers. Guy enjoyed spending time with his family above all else, woodworking and grilling for friends and family.

Visitation for Guy is scheduled for Saturday, January 15th from 10am to Noon at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home with a service immediately following at Noon. Flowers and condolences may be sent to Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home at 500 E Walnut St, Springfield, MO 65806.
