Geneva Pauline Taylor, 63 of Springfield passed away at 9:23 a.m. Thursday December 30, 2010 in St. John's Hospital.
Geneva was born January 20, 1947 in Kansas City, Kansas to Norman David and Cora Mae (Marrow) Reed. Before her illness Geneva was full of life and had tremendous energy. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren. She was also an animal lover who cared for many pets over her lifetime.
She is survived by her children, Billy Taylor and his wife Missy, Patricia Roberson and her husband Bruce, Ronald Taylor and Lonnie Taylor and his wife Andrea; her grandchildren, Tiffany Hammers, Terah Hammers, Zak Taylor, Nik Taylor, Britni DeClue; her brothers, Lee Reed, Bob Reed and David Reed, her sister-in-law, Kathy Morrow; a special nephew, John Corum and many other relatives and friends.
Arrangements are under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home. A memorial graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday January 6, 2011 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Eddie Bumpers officiating.
