Enjoli Pine

Enjoli Marie Pine, unexpectedly passed away on December 5, 2024. She was the wife of Cory “Muffin” Pine. They shared 18 loving years together in which their honeymoon stage never ended. Their relationship was comparable to a fairytale that many people envied. Their relationship was adventurous and unique to say the least. For example, how many people do you know would travel hours with the goal of licking the Gateway Arch; they achieved their goal. They were able to spend every second together, even through the monotony of life, without getting tired of one another. Soulmates then, now, and forever.

Enjoli was the Mother of Justice (Gwen) and Nikayla Janus and the Grandmother of Vivian and Rusev Janus. She did everything she could to ensure her kids and grandkids felt loved in more ways than one. From surprise visits to NY, to random packages on their front porch, she was selfless and put everyone’s needs ahead of her own.

She had an illustrious series of careers from Walmart to driving cab, but her true passion was Nursing. She enrolled herself in the BOCES LPN program where she had many sleepless nights working towards her dream career. As a dedicated LPN, Enjoli loved working with the geriatric community at long-term care facilities.

Enjoli was an all or nothing type of person. When she loved something, she loved it hard. She had an extensive collection of legos, crystals and Stitch. Her wardrobe was bright and colorful which perfectly reflected her personality. She was truly one of a kind.
