Edward Lacognata

Ed LaCognata "Our Champion" peacefully passed away at the age of 27 with his family at his side on August 21, 2004. Eddie's memory will be forever cherished by his parents Ed and Barb, sister, Michelle and nieces, Kayla and Katie and his many dear friends. Eddie lived life to the fullest excelling at everything he did. His winning smile and charismatic style attracted legions of loyal friends. He is and always will be a true champion to everyone who knew him. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 24, 2004, in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut, with Dr. J.R. Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, August 23, 2004, from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
