Dorothy Paskon

Dorothy C. Paskon of Nixa, passed away at 10:05 p.m., Sat., Feb. 2, 2008 in her home. Most of he life was spent in the Independence, Mo. area. Her husband, Jack Paskon, of 43 years, passed in 1991. She currently attended St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Nixa. She was a Staff Sgt. in the U.S. Marine Air Corp during World War II. She was employed as a sewing instructor for Singer Sewing Machine Co. in Kansas City. Survivors include her son, Jack R. Paskon, II of Nixa; her sister, Caroline Richey of Kansas City, Mo.; eleven nieces and nephews and their offspring. Private burial at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Springfield. Thank you Lord, for this wonderful woman in our lives.
