Donald Cobb

Mr. Donald L. Cobb, 77, Nixa, MO passed away Friday August 3, 2012 in Cox South Hospital.
He was born June 27, 1935 in Kansas City, KS to George E. and Dora (Gray) Cobb.
He was a wood worker and fine furniture craftsman for many years. He was ordained a Baptist minister at the age of 17.
Donald was active in the Royal Rangers, Red Cross and the American Legion.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Clarence and Billy Cobb and one sister Mildred Steele.
Survivors include his wife Patricia Cobb of the home, his children, Gwendolyn Cobb, Russell Edward Cobb, Pamela M. Martinez, Angela Cobb, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 PM Friday, August 10, 2012 in Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 11, 2012 in First Assembly of God of Clever, Union City, MO with Pastors Bruce Baker and Jose Martinez officiating. Burial will follow in Old Boston Cemetery east of Oldfield, MO.
