Mrs. Diane Ciezadlo, 66, Springfield, MO departed this life Thursday, May 13, 2010 in Cox South Hospital, Springfield, MO.
She was born August 3, 1943 in Evanston, IL to Carl and Margarite (Martin) Mendels.
Diane was a homemaker. She was a member of Treasure Lake RV Club and part of the Escapee RV Club and volunteered at Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks.
Survivors include her husband John Ciezadlo of the home, her children Julie Brinson and husband Dan, Andrea Blanton and husband Jesse, Carol Lenning and husband Craig, grandchildren, Michael, Brad, Brandi, Nathanael, Evan, Matt, Janae and Brennan, great grandchildren, Brielle, A.J. and Gabriella, she is also survived by her brother Carl Mendels and wife Linda and many other family members and friends.
Diane was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer Mahr and her parents.
Memorial Services will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday, May 18, 2010 in Southland Christian Church.
