Dennis Mercado

Dennis Allen Mercado, born Nov. 14, 1958, to Horacio and Patricia Mercado in Houston, TX, departed this life Dec. 4, 2007 in his home in Springfield, MO, at the age of 49.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Horacio (Che') Mercado. He is survived by his mother and father, of the home, six sisters, Sarita and Nelida Mercado, Norma Lawson and Debi Small, all of Springfield, Maria Mercado of West Haven, CT, and Jessica Mercado of Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico; two brothers, Hector Mercado of Ansonia, CT and Herman Mercado of the state of PA; his maternal grandmother, Marjorie Roach of Springfield; two uncles, an aunt, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and a host of loving friends.

His remains were cremated and a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, 2007, at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, MO.
