Dennis Richard Kingsley, 73 of Springfield passed away at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in St. John's Hospital.
Dennis was born May 8, 1935 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to Lawrence and Janette (Schumann) Kingsley.
He is survived by his daughters, Lori Wilson, and her husband, Bill, Maria Savage, and her husband Doc; his son, Mark Kingsley; his sister, Nancy Wahl; his brothers, Jack Kingsley, and his wife Bonnie, Rick Kingsley, and his wife Mary, Steve Kingsley, and his wife Carolyn; and his grandchildren, Cody, Matthew, and Jackson.
Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2008 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Chapel 500 E. Walnut St. Burial with military honors will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery. No visitation is planned. Online condolences can be shared at www.hhlohmeyer.com.
