David Ryan

David James Ryan (1941-2021), of Springfield, Missouri passed away peacefully August 8th at Wilson’s Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Springfield, Mo.

David was born January 7th, 1941 in Springfield, Illinois.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Virginia; and six children, Megan, Katrina, David Jr., Daniel, William, Samantha; and 10 grandchildren.

David enjoyed cooking and dancing and was known for having a wonderful sense of humor and compassionate heart.

He was loved by many around him and made friends everywhere he went, David adored his wife and children, and spent his time rescuing animals and helping others in need.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Emma; his father, William; as well as brothers, Donald and William, Jr.; and sisters, Rose and Dorothy.
