He was born March 27, 1941, in San Fernando, California to Harold and Ethel Lotts.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patricia Ann Lotts and one brother William Lotts.
He is survived by one son Eddie Lotts, two daughters Lori Willets and Deb Currier.
Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, January 21, 2015 in Herman H. Lohmeyer chapel with burial in Missouri Veterans Cemetery.
