David Kelly

David J. Kelly, 22, Springfield, passed away at 10:20 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2006 in St. John's Hospital.

He was born September 13, 1983 to David and Corsetta (Henry) Kelly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Corsetta and his nephew, Raynoch Smith.

Davis is survived by his sister, Talisha Smith, and her husband, Enoch, Sr. of Chicago, Illinois; his brothers, Darius G. Kelly of Lansing, Illinois, and Leroy Square, Jr. V, and his wife Carmen of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his niece, Simone Smith; and his nephews, Enoch Smith, Jr., Trevon Smith, and Leroy Square, Jr. VI.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut Street Springfield, Missouri. There will also be a funeral service at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 17, 2006 in Leak & Sons Funeral Home, 7838 S. Cottage Grove, Chicago, IL.

Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday June 13, 2006 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home.
