Darwin Wahl

Darwin A Wahl, 73, passed away on Monday, September 20, 2010.

He was born March 26, 1937 in Bismarck, North Dakota to Allan and Mildred Wahl. Darwin was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the Air Force. He was married to Jane Castro on May 23, 1970 in Pueblo, Colorado. Darwin enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, most recently he enjoyed spending his time reading books, gardening, and watching football.

Darwin is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Tom Wahl.

He is survived by his wife, Jane; his children, Marvin Martinez and his wife Deseri, David Wahl, Connie Kraft, and her husband Dan, Stephen Wahl, Sean Wahl, Carrie Trehus, Shelley Hoffman and her husband Merle, and Laura Thompson, and her husband Roger; his siblings, Duane Wahl and his wife June, Linda Holte and her husband Bob, and his sister-in-law, Linda Wahl; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be planned in early spring in Colorado. Details will be shared at a later date.
