Dinu was born May 1, 1973 in Marghita, Romania to Petru and Maria (Cociuba) Popa.
He is survived by his wife, Giugea Popa; his three sons, Adrian Popa, Gabriel Popa, and Isaac Popa; his daughter, Adonia Popa; his parents; his brothers, Ionel Popa, Peter Popa, Cornel Popa, Ovidiu Popa, Florin Popa, Marcel Popa, and Samuel Popa; his sisters, Adina Popa, Lidia Popa, and Camelia Popa.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday February 7, 2007 with Rev. Florian Santa officiating under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
