Christina Petty, 18 of Springfield passed away Monday May 9, 2016 in Mercy Hospital.
Christina was born December 16, 1997 in Kansas City, Missouri to Kathryn and Anthony (Nelson) Petty. Christina loved to read and share with friends.
She is survived by her parents, Anthony and Kathryn Petty, her three sisters, Kimberly Nelson, Emily Petty and Meredith Petty; her maternal grandparents, Joe Nelson (Christa) and Meredith Williams; her paternal grandparents, Randall Petty and Deanna Ballard; her aunts & uncles, Morgan Gandy, Nichole Nelson, Brian Nelson, Jennifer Petty and Logan Ballard and many cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday May 14, 2016 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut Street with Pastor Keith Mason officiating.
