Charlotte Fay Reynolds, age 70 from Springfield, Mo went home with Jesus at 8:25 p.m. Friday August 6th, 2021, at Cox South Hospital with her children by her side.
Charlotte was born September 18, 1950, in Springfield, Mo to Austin and Georgia Wheeler. She graduated from Central High School in 1968. Charlotte married Stanley Reynolds November 25th, 2005. She was a mother of 6 and mostly lived her life as a home maker. She enjoyed cross stitching and spending time with her family. She loved gospel music and always had strong faith in our awesome creator of heaven and earth. She didn’t have one mean bone in her body and had the biggest heart in the world. She was always accepting of everyone, never judged, and always showed love to anyone. Charlotte has been awarded Best Mom in the world by all of her children. She gave a lot of people the best gift anyone could receive and that was to believe in God and to always praise him through the good and bad. Charlotte is loved by many and will truly be missed. She will forever be in our hearts.
Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents Austin and Georgia Wheeler, 2 children Christina Walker and Regina Brake, 1 grandson Cody Brake, 1 great grandson Jackson Brake, 2 sisters Catherine Graham and Carolyn Hoskins, 2 brothers Charles and Clarence Wheeler, several aunts, uncles, her niece Dodie, cousins, and friends.
Charlotte is survived by her husband Stanley Reynolds, 4 children Davy Brake and wife Kim, Jody Brake, Tonya Wilson and husband Bruce, Renee Brake, 13 grandchildren Zackary Brake, Keltzy Brake, Krystle Brake and fiancé Timothy Boyle, Brandon Brake and wife Ashley, Haylie Cole and husband Dustin, Gage Walker, Kylie Wilson, Nicholas Wilson and fiancé Caidence Evans, Bryce Brake, Lance Brake, Bryan Bowers, Joey Brake, Jerika Brake, 6 great grandchildren Blaidyn Cole, Josey Bean, Kycin Cole, Daltyn Cole, Madalynn Cole, Wyatt Boyle, 1 sister Claudine Holeman, 2 brothers Chester Wheeler, Cecil Wheeler and wife Darlene, several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, cousins, her fur baby Twix, and many more individuals that she loved very dearly. Of course, everyone loved her dearly too.
Visitation will be from 11 am - 1 pm Thursday August 12th, 2021, at Passion Assembly of God located at 806 North Forest Avenue in Springfield, Mo 65802.
Funeral service will be held at 1 pm Thursday August 12th, 2021, at Passion Assembly of God located at 806 North Forest Avenue, Springfield, Mo 65802 with Billy Cockrum officiating under the care of Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral home. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
