He was born November 16, 1960 in Mount Vernon, Missouri to Charles and Willa Jackson.
Charles is survived by his mother, Willa Kettering; children, Charles Jackson III, Carmen Napieralski (Seria), and Carl Jackson; brothers, David Kettering, Lee Perriman, and Steven Perriman; and many other family members and friends.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday January 26, 2013 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St.
