Carl William Woods

Carl Woods of Springfield, Missouri. Born October 18, 1941 in Ridgedale, Missouri. Passed away peacefully at home on August 15, 2021. He was retired and enjoyed working on lawn mowers, collecting Hot Wheels along with other collections.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Woods and Barbra Dorrell; children, Lorraine Brawley, Carl Woods Jr. and Corey Woods.

He was survived by his wife, Gale Woods; children Billy Grant, Angela Ball, Quintana Langel; stepdaughter's Tila, Laura, Cynthia; several grandkids and great grandkids; siblings, Dorthy, Virgie, Robert (Buzz); his best friend Brian Coy; good friends and neighbors Derek and Amanda Pitt, and many more family and friends he is very loved and will be deeply missed.

Services will be held at Summit Avenue Free Pentecostal Church of God, 2156 N. Summit Avenue in Springfield, Missouri on Wednesday September 8th, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
