Candace is survived by her husband, Robert Williams; mother, Brenda Todd; and two brothers, Brandon and Jeff Kelly.
Visitation will be from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Monday October 10, 2011 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut St.
