Billy Cofer, Sr.

Billy Joe Cofer, Sr., 73, Springfield passed away Friday May 11, 2007 in his home.

Billy was born May 7, 1934 to Rolla Martin and Georgia Ethel (Wyss) Cofer. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Robin Renee Ivy; and his grandson Corey Andrew Gordon.

He is survived by his children, Billy Joe Cofer, Jr. and his wife Janice, Kelly Lynn Gordon, and Cindy Marie Stickley, and her husband, Harry; his grandchildren, Kelsey Gordon, John Ivy, Jack Ivy, Lilly Ivy, Jennifer Cauveren, Alissa Johns, and Michael Morgan; 13 great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Donald Gene Cofer and Wilma Jean Enochs.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday May 15, 2007 in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home, 500 E. Walnut with Rev. Tommy Loving officiating. Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery.
