Marie Bartay: Born May 15, 1917 at Plains, Kansas. Died: March 15, 2015. Wife of Leo Bartay (deceased) is survived by son, Thomas Baxter and daughter Juanita Rothermel. She had 10 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday March 18th in Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home 500 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, Mo. Funeral Mass will be at 12 noon Thursday March 19th in Saint Joseph Catholic Church 1115 N. Campbell Avenue. Committal Service will be at 9 a.m. Friday March 20th in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery south of Springfield at 5201 S. Southwood Road.
