Bessie Craig

Bessie Irene Breedlove Craig went to her eternal rest on Wednesday, March 19,2014 in Strafford, Missouri. She was born on October 16, 1929, the daughter of the late Archie Franklin Breedlove and Rose Lee Nichols. She was a homemaker, caring for her beloved children all of her life. Irene was a devoted follower of the Jehovah Witness faith. She is survived by her children, Russell Turner and wife Charlotte, Beverley Cummins, Son in law Jim McDaniel, and Twila Cornelison and Husband, Gerald. A Brother Thomas Breedlove and wife Geri, sister Voncine Abramovitz and Husband Clarence, Brother Fred Stealy, and Brother Ray Plaster. She was also blessed with 16 surviving grandchildren , 37 great grandchildren ,and 16 great-great grandchildren. A wonderful legacy!! Irene was preceded in death by a Brother Babe, Sister Serena Mitchell, Daughters Charlotte McDaniel, and Linda Wood, Great Granddaughters Savannah Catherine Carroll, and Destiny Corwin.
Funeral services are officiated by Jim McDaniel at Herman Lohmeyer Funeral Home at 10 am, Saturday, March 22, 2014 and burial immediately following at Watts Cemetery.
