Bennie James Mclallen

Jim Mclallen, 64, Walnut Grove, M0, passed away in his sleep on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at his home.

He was born July 28, 1960 in Chillicothe, MO to Edward Mclallen and Stella Sigman Mclallen. He attended high school in Smithville, MO, where he graduated in 1980.

Jim was an over the road truck driver and had worked for Bryan Schwartze Logistics in Odessa, MO for the last five years. He loved being a truck driver and enjoyed his friends that he made on the road. 

He was a man that never met a stranger and enjoyed starting conversations. He loved horses and making people laugh. Like everyone Jim had seen his share of life's struggles but most would tell you he always seemed happy. He would tell you that his wife Teresa made him the happiest. They married May 28, 2022 and both believed they had found their forever person. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, and by his sister Brenda Knox. 

He is survived by his wife Teresa Mclallen, his children Jeremy Robertson, Cody Mclallen, Jamie Sears, Bobbi Bozarth, and Aimee Mclallen. 

He will be deeply missed.
